Sourwood, basswood and wildflower honey all sourced within a hundred miles, plus beeswax candles and infused honeys — there are working hives in the back and classes if you want them. A jar of sourwood is about the most on-brand souvenir we can think of. It's up in Weaverville, a short drive north.
